Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® approaches leadership as a one-to-many relationship. It focuses on tangible steps directed at leading a group or organization toward desired outcomes. Using the framework of Vision, Alignment, and Execution, Work of Leaders helps leaders understand their own leadership styles, use of the 18 best practice behaviors and how they impact their effectiveness, given their DiSC style.
Workshop
Description: involves presentations, video, group activities, individual reflection and planning to understand and use the DiSC model and VAE best practices to improve leadership effectiveness.
Length: six-hours; can be done in one day or split over two or three days.
Materials: individual profile ($150 value), training materials and handouts, take-away cards, Work of Leaders book, and access to additional online resources.
