A Strategic Assessment is a strategic assessment of the quality management systems within an organization which are a product of the health of the organization. It identifies the key strategies that the organization should pursue to deliver revenue, improve growth, and achieve long-term health through quality management. The impact of implementing the strategies is determined and an initial deployment plan with key milestones created.

Length: Two to four-months, depending on size of the organization and availability of team and documentation.
